Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in content or user operations, creator/influencer management, or digital marketing within a platform or agency environment.
• Proven ability to design and scale creator or content programs.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; experience with funnel analysis and retention modeling.
• Track record of success in managing creator/influencer lifecycles and engagement strategies.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable creator programs to onboard, educate, and activate TikTok LIVE creators, driving sustainable platform growth.
• Design and implement incentive programs, campaigns, and reward systems to boost creator participation and improve retention rates.
• Craft tailored content and growth strategies targeting diverse creator segments to maximize performance across tiers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, and Strategy—to align on creator growth initiatives.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to create creator toolkits, educational materials, and training resources.
• Monitor and analyze creator funnel metrics (onboarding, activity, retention) to identify friction points and optimize operational workflows.
• Act as the primary source of creator insights, delivering data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and business decisions.
