Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and business performance of Creator Live ecosystem, driving GMV and activation.
• Define and execute creator growth strategies for various maturity stages with scalable models.
• Lead incubation, education, and lifecycle programs to improve retention and monetization.
• Identify performance gaps in traffic, merchandising, conversions, and content quality, translating insights into solutions.
• Build repeatable creator success models and incubate high-impact cases.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and other teams to set priorities and drive growth.
