Job summary

LTK is seeking a Customer Success Manager (internal title: Creator Success Account Executive) to remotely support U.S.-based creators. You will partner with a portfolio of creators to understand their goals, develop growth strategies, and coach them to take action, focusing on retention and revenue rather than closing new business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or strategic account management.
• Experience supporting solopreneurs or small businesses as strategic partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; turn insights into action.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent).
• Passion for the creator economy and helping businesses grow.
• Experience working with creators or digital brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of creators and act as their strategic business advisor.
• Develop personalized growth strategies using goals and performance data.
• Coach creators to adopt new strategies and products for growth.
• Drive retention, engagement, and revenue across your portfolio.
• Translate creator performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Brand teams to advocate for creators.
• Stay ahead of creator economy trends and share opportunities.
