Job summary

LTK is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager (internal title: Creator Success Account Executive) to partner with a portfolio of creators and help them grow thriving businesses.

You will combine relationship-building, data-driven insights, and sales enablement to maximize creator success on the LTK platform, focusing on retention, engagement, and revenue growth across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience supporting solopreneurs, small businesses, creators as strategic partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate insights into action.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of creators and act as their strategic business advisor.
• Develop personalized growth strategies using creator goals and performance data.
• Coach creators to adopt new strategies, products, and opportunities for growth.
• Drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth across your portfolio.
• Analyze creator performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advocate for creators by sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and Brand teams.
