Job summary

Orangepeople is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead a creator empowerment initiative that expands distribution, monetization, and platform presence. You will drive selection, execution, and advocacy, coordinating across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven talent growth, cohort performance, and strategic insights, with a venture-capital mindset to scale from 900 to 2,000+ creators, while maintaining lean operations and a strong creator

Qualifications

• Understanding US and Canadian cultural landscapes
• Experience leading complex, high-profile initiatives
• Ability to influence across orgs without direct reporting
• Self-directed in a lean team environment
• Basic product acumen to complement leadership

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential creators using data analytics and cultural judgment
• Direct day-to-day operations and coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams
• Maintain cohort metrics and inform investment or offboarding decisions
• Track cross-platform creator advocacy and report success stories to leadership
• Refine messaging and engagement across the program lifecycle
• Use performance dashboards, AI/LLM tools, and market research to monitor engagement and trends
