Job summary
LTK, the global creator commerce platform, seeks a Creator Success Program Manager to design scalable education and onboarding for creators who monetize on the LTK app. You will lead accelerator programs, webinars, and live experiences, shaping curricula and resources that drive growth and platform adoption.
Collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Community teams is essential. You will manage multiple strategic initiatives with strong communication, project management, and storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in creator success, education, program management, or related fields.
- Experience building and scaling educational programs, onboarding experiences, or creator communities.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, curriculum development, and public speaking experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable education, onboarding, accelerator programs, webinars, and community experiences for creators on LTK.
- Deliver engaging workshops and coaching that drive creator growth and platform adoption.
- Develop curricula, playbooks, and enablement resources; produce polished presentations and dashboards.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve creator programs and experiences; analyze feedback and performance to identify improvements.
