Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an Associate, Creator Management to join Influential’s Creator Management team. You will implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients, overseeing sourcing, negotiation, content creation, and day-to-day campaign oversight.

You’ll collaborate with account management, research/analytics, and operations to ensure client needs are met, while identifying top creators to maximize ROI and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience working directly with clients.
• Experience working in an agency setting.
• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in a startup environment, creating organization where none may exist.
• Sourcing experience beyond social.
• Knowledge of offline and online space; understanding brand, media, consumer.
• Well versed in the creator space or has creator contacts.
• Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and meticulous record-keeping.
• Self-starter, collaborative, able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Knowledgeable of major social platforms (IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
• Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in social realm.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies; refine metrics and introduce new ones.
• Assist training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and communication skills.
• Liaise between creator management and internal groups to meet client needs.
• Strategically identify talent and creators to maximize ROI and KPIs.
• Vet talent to ensure alignment with brand safety and criteria.
• Use data to position recommended creators to clients.
• Oversee creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management.
