Job summary

Influential is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join the Creator Management team. You will implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients, supporting the team with development and execution of creator campaigns using our technology. A strong focus on beauty and cosmetics will be essential.

You will manage talent, negotiate contracts, source creators, and drive day-to-day campaign oversight across multiple brands, ensuring ROI and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital/advertising/creator marketing.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Expert negotiating skills with six-figure budgets.
• Experience with on-site influencer activations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies and metrics.
• Lead and mentor Campaign Managers and Creator Partnerships.
• Train teams on planning, audience reporting, and research tools.
• Coordinate with account management, analytics, and operations.
• Identify talent and creators to maximize ROI and KPIs.
• Oversee casting, negotiation, and content management.
