Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital/advertising/creator marketing.
• Excellent presentation skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience coordinating fast-paced projects.
• Startup environment experience and process-building capability.
• Sourcing experience beyond social.
• Knowledge of brand, media and consumer relationships.
• Familiarity with creator space or network of creators.
• Knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with timelines.
• Self-starter who collaborates and accepts feedback.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
• Up-to-date on social trends and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies tailored to campaigns and refine success metrics.
• Support training across planning, audience reporting and research tools.
• Liaise between creator management and other internal groups to meet client needs.
• Identify talent to maximize ROI and KPIs for brands and campaigns.
• Oversee vetting, casting, negotiation and content management across campaigns.
