Job summary

Influential, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Manager, Creator Management to lead day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients on the east coast. You will oversee campaign management, build creator strategies, and collaborate with Client Management and Creative teams to nurture relationships with creators across social platforms.

The role requires strong experience in influencer marketing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage six-figure budgets while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, advertising or influencer marketing
• Experience managing multiple 6 to 7 figure projects in a fast-paced environment
• Expert negotiating skills and management of six figure influencer budgets
• Established and extensive network of managers/agents or influencer contacts
• Direct experience with on-site influencer activations
• Knowledge of offline and online space, with strong understanding of brand, media and consumer

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
• Build and execute creator strategies for campaigns and refine success metrics
• Support training on planning, audience reporting, tools, writing and presentation skills
• Coordinate between campaign management and other internal groups to meet client needs
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting and content management across campaigns
• Maintain schedules, records and materials with strong organizational skills
