Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Expert negotiating skills with six-figure campaigns.
• Experience with on-site influencer activations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing beauty creators including cosmetics.
• Knowledge of brand, media, and consumer dynamics.
• Well connected with managers/agents or creator contacts.
• Familiar with online performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies and refine current success metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Creator Partnerships to strategize pre-sale planning and execute campaigns.
• Train planning and audience reporting, use of research tools, and development of writing and presentation skills.
• Liaise between the creator management team and other internal groups to meet client needs.
• Strategically identify talent and creators to maximize ROI and hit KPIs.
• Oversee creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across brand campaigns.
