Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Designer in Concord, NH to develop documents, drawings and diagrams that meet client goals.

You will formulate space plans, select finishes, coordinate with design professionals, and ensure construction documents meet safety and code requirements. The role emphasizes client service, multi-project management and clear communication. Experience with AutoCAD or REVIT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a FIDER accredited institution (NCIDQ a plus).
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience or similar education/experience.
• Ability to read and review construction documents; provide technical sign-off/approval.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Formulate preliminary space plans and sketches that integrate the client’s needs.
• Confirm plans meet safety, function, aesthetics and compliance requirements.
• Compile finishes, colors, materials and furniture selections for concept conveyance.
• Provide contract documentation to facilitate pricing, procurement and installation of furniture.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (FIDER accredited, NCIDQ a plus)

1+ years of relevant work experience
