Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts and to implement workplace strategy and standards. You will guide design associates, prepare final client documents, and deliver space solutions aligned with corporate real estate goals.

The role requires extensive proficiency in AutoCAD, familiarity with CAFM tools, and a track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5-8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture and/or space planning or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; REVIT a plus.
• Knowledge of CAFM software (Serraview, Manhattan, Planon, Archibus).
• Proficient in programming and space planning for varying spaces.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main point of contact for account.
• Implements process documents aligning with workplace strategy and client needs.
• Delivers client workplace model standards; recommends new standards and improvements.
• Creates test fits and suggests workplace improvements for client needs.
• Maximizes space efficiencies while aligning with corporate real estate goals.
• Organizes data analytics and space solutions into client presentation formats.
• Reviews preliminary space plans and ensures code compliance and safety.
