Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead the interior design of complex commercial real estate projects. You will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet client goals, from concept to construction documentation.

The role requires space planning, Revit proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with teams. You will present mood boards and coordinate with FF&E vendors; strong creativity is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA accredited institution in architecture or interior design.
Space planning experience using Revit.
Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Lead the interior design effort of special or more complex projects.
Support Project Designers in quality review of design deliverables.
Contribute experience to the interior environment with knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, casework, furniture, lighting, acoustics, wayfinding, ergonomics and human environmental behavior.
Execute full design process from initial sketch through construction start.
Work independently or with minor oversight on conceptual design to construction documentation.
Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision.
Participate in internal and consultant meetings.
Provide extensive knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team.
