Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer in Concord, NH to lead interior design efforts for complex commercial real estate projects.

You will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet client goals, manage space planning, materials, finishes, and coordination with consultants. Responsibilities include design development from concept to construction, producing mood boards and presentations, and guiding project designers.

Qualifications

• At least four years of design experience in the commercial real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited institution or Interior Design certification/degree.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort of complex projects.
• Support Project Designers in quality review of design deliverables.
• Contribute knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, FF&E, and furnishings.
• Execute full design process from sketch through construction start.
• Work independently or with minor oversight on conceptual design, schematic design, DD, space planning and CDs.
• Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision.
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings.
• Provide extensive FF&E vendor knowledge to the team.
• Be wildly creative and push the boundaries!
