Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Designer in Indianapolis to develop documents, drawings, and diagrams for client projects. You will formulate preliminary space plans, ensure safety and compliance, and select finishes to communicate design intent.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT, a relevant architecture/interior design degree, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT and Architectural Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Formulate preliminary space plans and sketches that integrate the client’s needs.
• Confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, and meet requirements.
• Compile selection of colors, materials, and finishes to convey the concept and meet requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other allied design professionals.
• Assist with administration of contract documents, bids and negotiations as the client’s agent.
• Provide reporting on project implementation during and after completion.
