Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design on complex projects, developing documents and diagrams to meet client goals in a fast-paced CRE environment.

You will collaborate with Project Designers, coordinate FF&E, space planning, materials, lighting and acoustics, and drive the full design process from sketch through construction, while managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of design experience in commercial real estate or related field.
• Space planning experience using Revit is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort of complex projects.
• Support project designers in quality review of deliverables.
• Contribute expertise in space planning, materials, finishes, casework, lighting, acoustics, and ergonomics.
• Execute full design process from sketch to construction start.
• Work independently or with minimal oversight on design development and CD.
