Responsibilities include coordinating multiple events, communicating with clients and store teams, and handling administrative tasks while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage guests of all ages and run events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events in-store (kids birthday parties, etc.).
• Engage customers and assist with product selection and checkout.
• Educate guests on rewards programs and enrollment processes.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, and paperwork as needed.
• Set up and break down events, ensure safety and cleanliness.
