Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store Event Coordinator to plan and execute events and craft classes with a focus on creating a fun, engaging environment for all guests.

You will coordinate party activities, assist customers, and manage logistics such as reservations, checkouts, and safety during events. You will engage with clients of all ages, promote rewards programs, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience from setup through teardown.

• Assist with customer shopping and provide fast, friendly checkout.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork; maintain store standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety during events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
