The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel. Hybrid work model and collaboration across teams are expected.

• Create and monitor project schedules.
• Lead project kickoff and weekly status meetings.
• Manage copy, images, and creative assets.
• Route content for proofreading and QA.
• Support process improvements.
• Cross-train on project management tasks.
