Job summary

CoStar Group, through LoopNet in Upstate NY, seeks a Sales Executive to drive digital advertising sales to owners and brokers. You will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, build long-lasting client relationships, and leverage analytics to demonstrate ROI.

You will engage in consultative selling, travel as needed, and work with internal teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. Extensive training and a fast-paced, high-growth environment await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in B2B selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or data & analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person university or college.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with strong customer experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted advisor on marketing plans.
• Prospect new clients using CoStar Group data to drive sales and close business.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate market trends.
• Deliver regular, value-added communication and market insights to clients.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as required.
