Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in B2B selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, data & analytics.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with clients to drive ad revenue and act as trusted advisor on marketing plans.
• Business development by prospecting new clients using CoStar Group property data.
• Teamwork across LoopNet and CoStar groups to drive sales revenue.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE market trends.
• Deliver excellent customer support through regular communication and insights.
• Travel for in-person meetings and potential client visits beyond driving radius.
