LoopNet, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive advertising revenue for the leading commercial real estate marketplace. You will prospect, present digital marketing solutions, and build long-lasting client relationships with top owners and brokers in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a sales role (B2B)
• 2+ years CRE-related experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management — build client relationships to drive advertising revenue and be a trusted advisor.
• Business Development — prospect new clients using property data to drive sales.
• Teamwork — collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Industry acumen — develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE trends.
• Customer focus — deliver excellent client service with market insights and solutions.
• Travel for regular in-person meetings as needed (within driving radius or beyond)
