You will travel for in-person meetings, build durable client relationships, and leverage CoStar’s data to demonstrate ROI for advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales and account management in CRE/digital advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Prospect new clients using property data to close new business.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies for CRE and market trends.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings requiring travel.
