Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Crane & Rigging Sales Representative to develop customer relationships and drive growth by providing crane, rigging, and lifting solutions for industrial projects. This role works with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and coordinate project execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial sales, construction, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with interest in crane, rigging, lifting solutions.
• Ability to evaluate project requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to perform jobsite evaluations, including outdoor work and climbing.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty examination.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to evaluate project requirements.
