Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial sales, construction, or related field.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in crane and rigging solutions.
• Ability to evaluate project requirements and develop practical customer solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities for crane, rigging, and lifting services.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to evaluate requirements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and lift plans.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure project success.
• Develop understanding of customer operations and lift/transport challenges.
• Present solutions and follow through on opportunities to award.
• Identify risks and ensure safety-aligned solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity data.
