Job summary

Moody’s Corporation is seeking a senior leader to transform pricing-related processes and digitize governance across commercial teams. You will own pricing workflows, set roadmaps, and partner with Technology to deliver AI-enabled improvements.

In this role you will build dashboards, ensure data quality and governance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to raise efficiency and commercial effectiveness. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial operations and transformation.
• 5+ years with Salesforce CRM and related workflows.
• Experience translating business needs into process improvements and user stories.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions to drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and optimization of pricing-related processes to enhance efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
• Own pricing workflows, governance, and performance measurement.
• Modernize and digitize processes with root cause analysis and tech collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify AI-enabled tools and automation to boost productivity.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance standards.
• Oversee training programs to adopt new processes and tools.
