Job summary

DCE is seeking an experienced leader to establish and head the Customer Program Management Office for strategic Data Center and Energy growth accounts. You will own governance and execution across multiple products and functions, aligning customer expectations with internal plans and delivering executive-ready updates.

You will build the CPMO operating model, drive cross-functional prioritization, and influence senior leaders across engineering, product management, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, operations, or customer-facing leadership roles
• Proven success managing large, complex cross-functional programs
• Experience working with strategic enterprise or hyperscale customers
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across global organizations
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Datacenter, cloud infrastructure, power management, AI infrastructure, or enterprise systems experience preferred
• Experience supporting customers such as AMD, Google, AWS, NVIDIA, Meta, or equivalent strategic accounts preferred
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles, NPI processes, and customer program governance preferred
• Applicants except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals may have to undergo export licensing review for access to technical data
• Required travel: 10% of the time
• 1st Shift/Days

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead DCE's Customer Program Management Office for strategic Data Center and Energy growth accounts
• Own governance and execution oversight for major customer programs spanning multiple products, projects, and business functions
• Drive alignment between customer expectations and internal execution plans
• Establish the CPMO operating model, processes, tools, metrics, and best practices
• Develop scalable mechanisms for managing increasing customer program complexity
• Partner with Sales and Segment Marketing on coordinated customer engagement and communication
• Lead executive-level customer review operational program updates
• Manage customer commitments, milestones, and escalation paths
• Drive integrated planning across customer programs and projects
• Establish governance frameworks, operating reviews, dashboards, and KPI reporting
• Identify, manage, and resolve critical program risks and escalations
• Drive cross-functional prioritization, accountability, and execution discipline
• Influence senior leaders across engineering, product management, operations, and sales
• Provide executive leadership with regular program health assessments
• Deliver updates on milestones, risks, customer satisfaction, resource constraints, and business impact
• Create unified views of execution and develop executive-ready materials for strategic reviews and customer governance meetings
