You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management, and executive engagement for major customer initiatives. The role bridges Sales, FAE, Segment and Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to translate customer priorities into executable plans and drive predictable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of program, project, product, operations, or customer-facing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CPMO for strategic Data Center and Energy growth programs.
• Own governance and execution oversight for major programs across products and functions.
• Drive delivery alignment between customer expectations and internal plans.
• Establish CPMO processes, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Foster collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Operations and Product Marketing.
