Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in San Jose, CA, is seeking a CPMO Lead to establish and run the Data Center & Energy CPMO, coordinating cross-functional teams and executives to translate customer priorities into executable plans.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Product Marketing to drive on-time delivery, governance and KPI reporting, delivering executive-level program updates and risk mitigations. This role offers impact on strategic programs with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project/product management or equivalent.
• Proven success managing large cross-functional programs.
• Experience with strategic enterprise or hyperscale customers.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Program Management Office for Data Center and Energy growth accounts.
• Own governance and execution oversight for major multi-product programs.
• Align customer expectations with internal execution plans.
• Develop operating models, processes, tools, and metrics.
• Provide executive-level program updates and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional prioritization and accountability.
