Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics (DCSL) seeks a Program PM to be the face of the company for key customers, coordinating projects across multiple facilities and ensuring data accuracy and reporting within DCSL's systems. You will own the customer relationship at the account and project level, translating needs into clear actions for internal teams.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Program Operations and works with Warehouse PMs to align on timelines, scope, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, client services, or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Strong data and reporting skills for collecting, organizing, and presenting operational data to external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with dashboard environments and external-facing reporting; uses and maintains reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; can coordinate across internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to balance multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to DCSL warehouse locations; valid driver's license.
• Experience in data center logistics, industrial warehousing, supply chain, or related operations.
• Familiarity with dashboards, inventory or warehouse management systems, and data integration workflows.
• Background managing enterprise or high-value customer accounts.
• Exposure to physical warehouse or field operations for smooth collaboration with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DCSL customers, building trust and representing DCSL professionally.
• Understand and translate customer needs into clear requirements for the internal team.
• Own problem-solving at the account level, driving issues to resolution and keeping the customer informed.
• Manage collection, accuracy, and transfer of project and inventory data to the customer, ensuring timely reporting.
• Set each project up in the WMS and the equipment digital twin, keeping both accurate at the account level.
• Maintain the customer's view within DCSL's reporting platform and ensure correct data flow to the right audience.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to meet project timelines and commitments.
• Work with Warehouse PMs to align customer needs with on-site execution and timelines.
• Support onboarding of new customers and site launches, defining reporting structures and success criteria.
• Track project performance against expectations and provide regular leadership updates.
• Own billing accuracy for accounts across project lifecycles with oversight from senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in how DCSL communicates, reports, and delivers for customers.
• Perform other duties to support the operations team.
