Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a seasoned CPMO Lead for its Data Center & Energy (DCE) org. The role leads the new CPMO to orchestrate end-to-end programs across engineering, operations, sales, and product management. You will manage governance, risk, and executive engagement for strategic customer programs.

You will partner with sales, segment marketing, and engineering to ensure alignment with commitments, schedules, and business objectives, driving predictable delivery and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, project management, product management, operations, or customer-facing leadership roles.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with large, complex cross-functional programs and hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Program Management Office for strategic Data Center and Energy growth accounts.
• Own governance and execution oversight for major customer programs spanning multiple products and functions.
• Drive delivery alignment between customer expectations and internal execution plans.
