Job summary

Kele Inc. seeks a Strategic Program Manager to own the execution of its most complex customer programs, starting with data center projects.

The role requires mapping the program, building the plan, and driving delivery across sales, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to meet commitments. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction/project management, strong planning skills, and the ability to influence across teams while maintaining rigorous documentation and transparent status

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction project management for large commercial/institutional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business admin, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on deadline.
• Strong planning and execution skills, from ambiguity to plan.
• Ability to hold teams accountable and drive cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation and scope control.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent PM tool.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Customer-facing presence to credibly represent programs.

Responsibilities

• Map strategy end to end for data center programs and identify critical paths.
• Partner with commercial owners to define commitments with feasible delivery.
• Build and own the program plan with dates and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional execution, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Maintain program documentation and records for scope and timelines.
• Engage with end users and provide credible program status updates.
• Report status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
