PADO AI Orchestration, Inc. is seeking a strategic and technical product manager to bridge business goals and engineering execution.

You will own the full product lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and defining vision to launching and iterating on features for data-center energy management and AI-driven orchestration. The role requires a builder mindset in fast-paced environments, collaboration with teams across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales, and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of product management experience, preferably with complex tech products.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure or AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience using product management frameworks and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term product roadmap with executive buy-in and clear Jira prioritization.
• Partner with sales to build ROI/TCO analyses tied to PUE and OpEx savings.
• Manage deployments across on-prem and cloud environments interfacing with DCIM, BMS, and schedulers.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and data science to deliver user-friendly features.
• Lead VOC and competitive analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
