Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Business Development Director in Phoenix, AZ to lead growth initiatives and drive sales across industries. The role focuses on acquiring new clients by leveraging TCS services and collaborating with market development, solutions teams, and SMEs.

The ideal candidate has extensive selling experience in the CPG sector, with exposure to IT services or consulting, and will manage cross-functional CXO relationships to generate market momentum.

Competenze

• Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience with majority experience in CPG vertical.
• Preferably work experience in leading IT services/consulting with global teams.

Mansioni

• Drive new logo sales process from identification to proposal to negotiation to close within the assigned territory.
• Originate deals and acquire new logos through demand generation and consultative selling.
• Present solution benefits through in-person visits, industry conferences, and web-based presentations.
• Create new business opportunities and shape large deals for the CPG vertical.
• Understand client industry and business in the CPG sector.
• Coordinate TCS ecosystem to form innovation-led partnerships with new clients.
• Deliver positive impact to client business through TCS services and solutions.
