You will leverage TCS services portfolio, collaborate with market development and industry SMEs, and lead cross-functional teams to close high-value deals.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, executive relationship management, and demand generation to deliver measurable business impact in the US market.

Qualifications

• Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience with majority experience in CPG vertical.
• Preferably worked in a leading IT services/consulting firm with experience collaborating across global teams.
• Direct industry experience of working in CPG companies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo sales: identify, propose, negotiate, and close within the assigned territory.
• Achieve growth targets by originating deals and acquiring new logos through proactive demand generation.
• Present solution benefits through in-person visits, industry conferences, and web-based presentations.
• Create new business opportunities and shape large deals for the CPG vertical.
• Understand client industry and business in the CPG sector.
• Coordinate with TCS ecosystem to structure innovation-led partnerships with new clients.
• Drive positive and scaled impact to clients through TCS portfolio of services and solutions.
• Establish cross-functional CXO relationships and generate market momentum for TCS in identified markets.
