• Proven experience in driving Agile and DevOps transition and transformation programs.
• Ensure successful delivery of services across application, infrastructure, and transformation programs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Own End 2 End account growth plan and execute it.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to mobilize resources and prioritize client needs.
• Mentor client-facing teams and contribute to talent development.

Salary Range: $130,200 - $179,800 a year
