Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT experience in client-facing roles.
- 5+ years of experience in managing large accounts and consulting experience.
- Ability to navigate complex customer organization and collaborate with cross functional team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Drive consultative selling across digital, AI, cloud, and application & infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience in driving Agile and DevOps transition and transformation programs.
- Ensure successful delivery of services across application, infrastructure, and transformation programs.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Own End 2 End account growth plan and execute it.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to mobilize resources and prioritize client needs.
- Mentor client-facing teams and contribute to talent development.
