Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate in Finance / MBA in Finance.
• Experience with large Business Process Management organizations preferred.
• Thought leadership in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of F&A, Procurement, HRO & customer care processes.

Aufgaben

• Create, develop, and deliver the BPS growth strategy for CPG in North America.
• Understand competition and sales strategies to differentiate TCS offerings.
• Build CXO-level relationships to enable growth and value articulation.
• Acquire new opportunities with Service line/Industry Service Units.
• Lead business development, demand creation, and pipeline management to meet targets.
• Understand F&A, Procurement, HRO & customer care in CP goods landscape.
• Shape large deals and manage key customer accounts.
• Increase visibility of BPS solutions with customers and stakeholders.
• Review MSAs/contracts to flag risks before signing.
• Participate in regular sales reviews to discuss targets and win strategies.
