Job summary
Yahoo is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive revenue growth for the Consumer Packaged Goods segment. You will lead the full-funnel Yahoo Advertising suite, building strategic relationships with brands and agencies and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.
You bring 8–10 years in digital ad sales, a proven track record of meeting aggressive targets, and deep CPG experience.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years in frontline digital advertising sales, with a focus on CPG clients preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and building strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and AI-driven ad capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategy to attract CPG advertisers across food & beverage, household, beauty, and wellness.
- Build and nurture relationships with brands and agencies at the C-level.
- Identify strategic partnerships with eight-figure investments tailored to the category.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on an integrated go-to-market story.
- Advise on trends, retail shifts, and technologies to accelerate growth.
