Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Industry Manager, CPG to lead a team of Account Executives and Post Sales Managers, driving ads strategy across a portfolio of consumer brands and expanding our partnerships. You will collaborate with strategy, operations, marketing, analytics, and product to shape future solutions and report to the Head of CPG Advertising Sales.

• 5+ years managing a sales team to exceed goals
• 10+ years overall industry experience
• Consultative seller with digital media experience
• Built scaled mid-market or emerging businesses
• Data-informed recommendations aligned to advertiser objectives and business priorities
• Strong communication and presentations across organizational levels
• Experience recruiting top talent to drive impact
• Experience with CPG advertisers or similar contexts
