Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Industry Manager, CPG to lead a team of Account Executives and Post Sales Managers, driving partnerships that create tangible value for advertisers and DoorDash. You will oversee ads strategy across a portfolio of CPG brands and collaborate with strategy, operations, marketing, analytics, and product to push future solutions.

You will report to the Head of CPG Advertising Sales and shape go-to-market plans while building trusted relationships with senior client contacts

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a sales team to meet/exceed goals.
• 10+ years industry experience in digital media or related fields.
• Experience building mid-market or emerging businesses and scaling sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Post Sales Managers.
• Establish trusted senior level relationships with advertisers.
• Influence Ads & Promos product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Develop sales materials and scalable processes for growth.
• Create annual and quarterly sales plans to meet ambitious business objectives.
