Stratton Amenities in Oakland, CA is seeking Courtey Patrol Agents (Rovers) for part-time shifts to help safeguard residents and visitors. You will patrol the property, greet residents, and respond to security concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Remain attentive to surroundings and avoid distractions.
• Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service.
• Anticipate residents' needs and assist as required.
• Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility.
• Inspect entrances, doors, gates, fire doors, loading docks, and elevators; report issues immediately.
• Monitor gates and doors to ensure safety throughout the shift.
• Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, entrapments, accidents, smoke/noise complaints).
• Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests.
• Follow directives from Facilities Manager and Concierge Director.
• Inspect doors and amenity spaces during patrols; reset furniture in amenities for the next day.

As a Courtesy Patrol Agent (Rover), you play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our community and the safety of our residents and team members. Your primary responsibility is to observe, detect, and report any security concerns to our chain of command. Responsibilities: • Remain attentive to the surroundings and refrain from engaging in activities that may distract from work. • Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service, offering assistance whenever possible. • Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it. • Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility. • Inspect all entrances, egress doors, man-gates, handicap gates, fire gates, loading docks, and elevators (reporting any elevator issues immediately). • Regularly monitor gates and doors throughout the shift to ensure safety. • Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapments, vehicle accidents, smoke complaints, and noise complaints. • Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests. • Follow directives from the Facilities Manager and/or Concierge Director. • Inspect all doors and amenity spaces while patrolling the community. • Reset furniture in amenities to maintain standards and prepare for the next day.
