Stratton Amenities, based in Los Angeles, seeks energetic Courtesy Patrol Agents (Rovers) to patrol luxury residential properties. You will engage with residents, ensure safety, and report security concerns to management while maintaining a welcoming, service-oriented presence.

Responsibilities

• Remain attentive to surroundings and avoid distractions.
• Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service.
• Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it.
• Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility.
• Inspect entrances, egress doors, gates, fire and handicap access, loading docks, and elevators; report elevator issues.
• Regularly monitor gates and doors to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies (fire alarms, elevator entrapments, vehicle accidents, smoke/noise complaints).
• Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests.
• Follow directives from Facilities Manager and Concierge Director.
• Inspect doors and amenity spaces during patrols.
• Reset furniture in amenities for the next day.

We are currently seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to join our growing team as Courtesy Patrol Agents (Rovers).

As a Courtesy Patrol Agent (Rover), you play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our community and the safety of our residents and team members. Your primary responsibility is to observe, detect, and report any security concerns to our chain of command. Additionally, your presence and ability to interact with residents and visitors while patrolling the facility contribute to their sense of comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service, offering assistance whenever possible.
• Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it.
• Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility.
• Inspect all entrances, egress doors, man-gates, handicap gates, fire gates, loading docks, and elevators (reporting any elevator issues immediately).
• Regularly monitor gates and doors throughout the shift to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapments, vehicle accidents, smoke complaints, and noise complaints.
• Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests.
• Follow directives from the Facilities Manager and/or Concierge Director.
• Inspect all doors and amenity spaces while patrolling the community.
• Reset furniture in amenities to maintain standards and prepare for the next day.

Pay range: $17–$18 per hour Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick leave, andpaid time off.
