Stratton Amenities is seeking energetic Courtesy Patrol Agents (Rovers) to ensure the safety and comfort of residents in our luxury properties in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves vigilant patrolling, resident interaction, and timely reporting of security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gates and doors to ensure safety during shifts.

• Provide friendly customer service and accurate information.
• Follow directives from Facilities Manager and Concierge Director.
• Inspect doors and amenity spaces and reset furniture for the next day.

As a Courtesy Patrol Agent (Rover), you play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our community and the safety of our residents and team members. Your primary responsibility is to observe, detect, and report any security concerns to our chain of command. Additionally, your presence and ability to interact with residents and visitors while patrolling the facility contribute to their sense of comfort and well-being. Responsibilities: • Remain attentive to the surroundings and refrain from engaging in activities that may distract from work. • Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service, offering assistance whenever possible. • Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it. • Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility. • Inspect all entrances, egress doors, man-gates, handicap gates, fire gates, loading docks, and elevators (reporting any elevator issues immediately). • Regularly monitor gates and doors throughout the shift to ensure safety. • Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapments, vehicle accidents, smoke complaints, and noise complaints. • Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests. • Follow directives from the Facilities Manager and/or Concierge Director. • Inspect all doors and amenity spaces while patrolling the community. • Reset furniture in amenities to maintain standards and prepare for the next day.
