Job summary

HireRight is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our back-office operations. You will verify court records, perform online research, and complete background reports per guidelines. This role emphasizes data accuracy, timely turnaround, and proactive follow-up, with full training provided.

No sales or customer service calls are required; candidates should be organized, thorough, and reliable, capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, or research-oriented roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact courts and other government agencies to obtain information.
• Process and complete background reports according to guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of guidelines and pass quizzes when assigned.
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports.
• Provide timely follow-up on requests, reports, and escalations.
• Track and report issues with business partners.
• Continued training on processes and systems.
• Subject Matter Expert for all states (level A, and B states).
