Job summary

InformData is seeking a Criminal Field Researcher to verify civil and criminal records by researching public records. You will help clients validate identities and ensure reliable background information. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with court personnel, maintain strict data entry practices, and support additional field researchers as needed, with a hybrid work setup and coordination within Arizona.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of background screening processes and InformData products.
• Consistently meet quality, productivity and turnaround time standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with court personnel and the public.
• Research using public records indexes to retrieve relevant information.
• Enter results into proprietary systems, marking as App: clear or as found according to client instructions.
• Communicate updates to Supervisor regarding court holidays, closures, or delays.
• Provide backups for other Field Researchers and support court copy requests.
