HireRight is seeking an entry-level Researcher for our Tulsa, OK office. You will verify information provided by candidates, input outcomes into client reports, and support the Service Delivery model with timely, accurate checks.

The role covers education, employment, and professional verifications in English and other languages as required, with initial in-office work transitioning to hybrid after probation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify information provided by candidates and input findings into client reports.
• Research and verify facts quickly to ensure the screening process is timely.
• Process background reports according to current guidelines and standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current guidelines and data protection laws.
• Provide timely follow-up on requests, reports, and escalations.
• Communicate with candidates to obtain missing information or clarify details quickly.
• Collaborate with teams to keep clients informed of issues during screening.
