Godshall Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Records Verification Specialist to review and validate court-endorsed documents, research legal records, and resolve discrepancies. This contract-to-hire role requires independent research, strong documentation, and reliable teamwork in a process-driven environment.

You will maintain records, communicate findings, and support quality control efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma required
• Associate degree preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Responsabilidades

• Review court-endorsed documents and update records for accuracy and completeness
• Research court websites, legal records and supporting documents to verify information
• Contact courts and external partners to obtain missing documents and resolve gaps
• Maintain validation worksheets and notes following established procedures
• Perform detailed account reviews and ensure compliance with standards
