You will conduct credit, criminal, and database checks while adhering to performance standards and data protection laws. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Nashville, TN, Tulsa, OK, or Chapin, SC.

You will verify information through calls and records, communicate with candidates professionally, and support timely hiring decisions for clients across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email; strong telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks in a timely, compliant manner.
• Communicate with candidates clearly and professionally.
• Verify candidate information with referees and records.
• Maintain accurate records and produce client-ready reports.
• Ensure all actions comply with Data Protection legislation.
